As you prepare to graduate, we know that it is both an exciting and stressful time as you plan to enter the workforce in New Jersey. To make this transition easier for you, we have asked organizations to provide us with their specific hiring requirements for new RN and LPN graduate jobs. You can sort employers by county or search by type of organization (i.e. hospitals, long term care/assisted living, or home care agencies). Click on the organization name for more information, including contact person and a link to their specific job postings and application process.

Instructions for Employers
Please access the link below to provide us with information on your hiring requirements and employment opportunities for new RN and LPN graduate jobs. Please note that “educational requirements” refers to Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate Degrees in Nursing. “Diploma” is a type of nursing degree, and does not mean that they have a graduation diploma. If you plan to hire before they take their NCLEX exam, that would mean you were taking them in unlicensed at this time. NCLEX examinations are likely to be delayed due to COVID-19.
