The AMN Healthcare 2019 Survey of Registered Nurses compiled data from roughly 20,000 respondents to showcase several issues nurses are currently facing, including longer work hours and greater demands as the population of older Americans increases. In addition, the survey highlights key warning signs of challenges facing nurses, and solutions that healthcare organizations can use to improve work-life balance and workplace violence.
