The US House of Representatives recently created a nursing caucus that was initiated by Lois Capps (D-CA) and Ed Whitfield (R-KY). The purpose of the caucus is to conduct briefings on issues related to nursing and health care. The New Jersey Representatives who are members of the caucus are:

You can locate your representative by clicking on: www.house.gov. Please contact your representative and urge them to join. The critical shortage of professional nurses will have a major impact on the health care delivery system.
