The Association of Critical-Care nurses has an excellent web site on Public Policy. You can track bills introduced in all states at their web site, www.aacn.org and then click on “Public Policy” in the lower right hand corner. An excellent resource and the site is updated weekly.

Consider becoming involved in the transformation of nursing by becoming politically aware and active. Remember, elections are coming up in the fall and the legislators serve at the pleasure of their constituents. Please register and vote!
